Meet Kate Premo

With over 15 years of strategic communications experience - including more than ten years in the home furnishings industry - Kate Premo combines a head for business with a passion for design.

Kate can help you garner industry insights and turn those ideas into real, actionable programs and results. She can work with your team to develop and execute strategies, positioning and messaging that gain attention and enhance relationships with industry organizations. From advertising campaign development to copywriting, product publicity to industry awareness campaigns, Kate delivers fresh ideas that reach targeted audiences and get measurable results.

Kate holds an M.S. in Strategic Communications from Columbia University, a B.A. from Syracuse University and a Certificate in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design.

• STRATEGY SESSIONS •

Whether you want to create a marketing plan from the ground up, refresh the program you have in place, or add new elements to your communications program, a Strategy Session can help you assess your options so you can create and implement the right marketing mix for your brand.

During Strategy Sessions, we'll work together to identify measurable goals and manageable tactics that align with your overall business goals. Topics can include marketing communication planning; developing signature events; evaluating advertising programs; and other marketing communications related topics.

Each Strategy Session is one hour in length. Before our session, I'll send you extensive homework for you to complete and send back to me so that I can dive in and prepare for our call and get to know the areas you'd like to address. During our session, we'll address your top three questions and concerns and create a strategy to tackle those and action steps for you to complete. Typically two sessions are booked at once so that during the second session we can work through any follow up questions and build a long-term plan for moving forward.

Strategy Sessions are designed to help you make the most of your resources by helping you prioritize measurable goals and identify actionable tactics that will help you get closer to achieving them.
